It all began with an idea. A vision turned into a mission: to empower small businesses with the support they deserve.

  • Chief Executive Officer / Founder

    For over 20 years, Folami has been traveling around the world working in the entertainment industry. Using her elegance, natural beauty and creativity as a world class vocalist, she produces success on many levels. You may know her from performing as lead vocalist with 1970's  band CHIC.

    Folami has been honored with a BFA in Musical Theater from Howard University and a Masters in Art And Music from Larry Love University. Currently taking residence in Tulsa, OK, Folami has found a new hunger for helping misguided creatives to build a real business out of their unique situations.

    Folami uses her talents and natural ability to make great decisions to help with longevity in any industry. 

  • Chief Operating Officer

    From being an accomplished Executive Virtual Assistant to Chief Operating Officer with a wealth of expertise and diverse skill set. A chess enthusiast, Carl is experienced in handling paperwork for aquatic farming operations. He also has prior involvement in tour guiding support for local groups, helping facilitate organized itineraries.

    With a background as a support in the BPO industry, he transitioned to the virtual world of staffing and associate training during the pandemic, managing operations at 1921 Consulting.
